ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 08/01/1968 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة) وتعديلاته,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5039 تاريخ 26/03/1982 (النصوص التنظيمية لتجارة الادوية الزراعية)

بناء على محضر اللجنة المكلفة درس مواصفات الملصق على عبوات الادوية الزراعية,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة-رئيس لجنة الادوية الزراعية,

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع منعا باتا استيراد وبيع او تداول الادوية الزراعية ما لم يتضمن الملصق المواصفات والمعلومات الواردة في الجدول المرفق, والذي يعتبر جزءا لا يتجزأ من هذا القرار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من 01/01/1999

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
