ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على القرار رقم 108/1 تاريخ 27/07/1992 والقرار رقم 120/1 تاريخ 02/09/1992 (منع استيراد بعض الادوية الزراعية),

بناء على محضر اللجنة المكلفة اعادة درس منع استيراد بعض الادوية الزراعية,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة (رئيس لجنة الادوية الزراعية),

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

يمنع منعا باتا استيراد الادوية الزراعية التي يدخل في تركيبها المركبات الكيماوية الواردة في الجدول الملحق والذي يعتبر جزءا لا يتجزأ من هذا القرار.

المادة 2

يلغى كل نص يتعارض ومضمون هذا القرار.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
