يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية النفيسه ­ قضاء عكار في محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام عكار اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
