مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 127/1 تاريخ 15/3/1973 المنوه عنه اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تخرج من نظام اجازة التصدير المسبقة ومن تأشيرة هذه الوزارة عند اعادة التصدير الخلائط الحديدية وخردة وفضلات حديد صب حديد وصلب وبرادة حديد وصلب حديد وصلب اسفنجي الواردة في المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 194/أ/126 تاريخ 15/5/1961 الفقرة الثانية من المادة الخامسة من القرار رقم 10152 تاريخ 24/9/1957, (البنود الجمركية 73/1- 73/2- 73/373/5) باستثناء فضلات - ونفايات الفونت .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور تعليقه على لوحة الاعلانات في وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.
