بناء على المرسوم رقم 5766 تاريخ 8 آذار سنة 1973

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8371 تاريخ 30 كانون الاول سنة 1961

المتعلق بتنظيم وزارة الزراعة وخاصة المادة 37 منه,

بناء على القرار رقم 894 تاريخ 5/12/57 المتعلق بتنظيم

الروزنامة الزراعية

بناء على القرار رقم 286/1 تاريخ 2 ايلول 1968 المتعلق

باخضاع استيراد البندورة من سوريا الى نظام الاجازة المسبقة.

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الزراعة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يسمح باستيراد البندورة (البند الجمركي 7/1/31) من الخارج دون اجازة, اعتبارا من اول نيسان 1974 وحتى نهاية العشرين منه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
