ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد كلوفيس رزق, والمسجل

تحت رقم 198 تاريخ 22/05/1999 (طلب الترخيص باصدار

المطبوعة),

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد كلوفيس رزق، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصاً بإصدار مطبوعة أسبوعية غير سياسية، باللغة الفرنسية باسم: «LIBAN-TRIBUNE»

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة. بيروت في 9 حزيران 1999 وزير الإعلام أنور محمد الخليل
