ان شركة Romana Trading S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 17/05/1997 تحت رقم 1044 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 07/06/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 730/ت انها قررت تعيين السيد ناجي كميل خيرالله مسؤولا عن فرعها في لبنان ومنحه صلاحيات ادارية عادية, كما انها قبلت استقالة السيد رامز ابراهيم خيرالله المسؤول السابق للفرع. واشعارا بتلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
