ان وزير العدل,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 09/09/1983

(نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح

الاحتياطي),

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير مارون يوسف فرح

المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء - فرع التخمين,

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى تاريخ 17/06/1999,

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة العدل بالانابة,

يقرر ما يأتي:
