ان وزير الداخلية,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات لا سيما المادتين

23 و24 منه),

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997

(تعديلات على بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب

اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون

المختارين) لا سيما المادة 20 منه,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يتولى محافظ النبطية القيام باعمال كل من مجالس بلدية أبل السقي, الخيام, وميس الجبل في قضاء مرجعيون حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
