مادة 1: طبقا للقوانين والانظمة المتعلقة بحق الصيد والنافذة حتى الآن في بلاد لبنان القديم واراضي الولاية - تقرر منع الصيد الى ان يصدر امر آخر في جميع بلاد لبنان الكبير. وهذا المنع يشمل جميع الطيور ما عدا (الفري) والحيوانات المضرة

مادة 2: ان ميعاد افتتاح الصيد في الجهات المختلفة من لبنان الكبير سيعين في قرار آخر

مادة 3: هلى السكرتير العام ومديري العدلية والزراعة وقائد الشرطة ورئيس دوائر البوليس والمتصرفين والمستشارين الاداريين ان ينفذوا - كل في ما اختص به - هذا القرار
