مادة 1: يستبدل نص الفقرة 2 من المادة الاولى من الامر الاداري رقم 84 , تاريخ اول تشرين الاول 1958 , بالنص التالي: "2- النسج المصنوعة من القطن على اختلاف انواعها, بما فيها النسج المطرزة, والمعدة لصناعة الالبسة الرجالية والنسائية الجاهزة".
