المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح وضع الادخال المؤقت عن البصل المعد للتجفيف خلال الفترة المتراوحة بين اول شباط واخر اب من كل عام.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع وضع الادخال المؤقت للاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة وتحدد مديرية الجمارك العامة الشروط المناسبة لمراقبته, على ان تقترن كل معاملة بموافقة وزارة الزراعة المسبقة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا الامر في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
