ان وزير العمل,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المادة 86 من قانون العمل اللبناني,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 7993 تاريخ 03/04/1952 (تنظيم النقابات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على القرار رقم 307/1 تاريخ

03/12/1998 (تأسيس نقابة السائقون العموميون في بعلبك الهرمل),

بناء على الطلب المسجل برقم 1981/3 تاريخ 14/07/2003,

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم "نقابة السائقون العموميون في بعلبك الهرمل" ليصبح: "نقابة سائقي ومالكي السيارات والميني باص ومصالح النقل البري العمومية في بعلبك ـ الهرمل".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
