المادة 1

مادة 1: تصادر شركة الترابة اللبنانية في شكا مع مهندسيها وموظفيها الاداريين وعمالها لمدة ستة اشهر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تحدد تعويضات واجور هذه الشركة وفقا للمادة 4 وما يليها من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 167 تاريخ 27/4/942 وتعين بقرار لاحق لجنة لتحديد هذه المبالغ.

المادة 3

مادة 3: كل معارضة لتنفيذ هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبيها للعقوبات المنصوص عليها بالمادة 2 من المرسوم الاشتراعي 167 الآنف الذكر.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
