المادة 1

مادة 1: الغي ابتداء من تاريخ توقيع هذا القرار منع استيراد وترانزيت الابقار التي مصدرها العراق الغيت ايضا التحفظات والشروط المنصوص عليها لاستيراد الحيوانات في القرار عدد 131 L.R تاريخ 15 ايلول سنة 1937 والغي القرار المذكور

المادة 2

مادة 2: غير ان احكام القرار عدد 93 L.R تبقى مطبقة على الابقار التي مصدرها تركيا وفلسطين وشرقي الاردن.

المادة 3

مادة 3: امين السر العام ومستشار المفوضية العليا في الامور الاقتصادية ومدير دائرة الضابطة الصحية البيطرية ومفتش الجمارك العام مكلفون كل فيما يعنيه تنفيذ هذا القرار.
