المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح الاعفاء الجمركي لحكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية لكي تستورد تدريجا كمية من القمح الصلب لا يتجاوز مجموعها 2000 طن معدة لاعاشة السكان المعوزين

مادة 2: يعطي مستشار المفوضية العليا في الامور الاقتصادية وثايق الاستيراد اللازمة لمنح الاعفاء ويجب ان يذكر فيها صراحة مصدر البضاعة والمكان المستوردة منه
