المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ادخل في قائمة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية البناء القائم على العقار رقم 26 من منطقة زقاق البلاط العقارية - بيروت .

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يجوز القيام بأي عمل من شأنه تغيير وضع البناء الحالي وطبيعته دون موافقة المديرية العامة للآثار المسبقة على الاعمال المنوي اجرائها.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تلغى جميع القرارات التي تتعارض مع هذا القرار.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ بصورة خاصة الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و25 و50 من قانون الاثار الانف الذكر وتلغى جميع القرارات المخالفة لهذا القرار.
