ان المفوض السامي للجمهورية الفرنساوية

بناء على مرسوم رئيس الجمهورية الفرنساوية الصادر في 23 ت 2 سنة 1920

قرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يجوز للمفوض السامي بالنظر للاضطرارات العسكرية المتعلقة بالدفاع السلبي ان يأمر في اي وقت كان بالغاء مستودعات النفط والمحروقات على اختلاف انواعها او بانقاصها او ان يخضع استعمال هذه المستودعات للشروط التي يراها لازمة.

المادة 2

امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي يطبق ابتداء من تاريخ توقيعه
