المادة 1

مادة 1: ادخل في قائمة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية البناء القائم على العقار رقم 6373 من منطقة حدشيت العقارية محافظة الشمال

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يجوز القيام بأي عمل من شأنه تغيير وضع البناء الحالي وطبيعته دون موافقة المديرية العامة للاثار المسبقة على الاعمال المنوي اجراؤها.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ بصورة خاصة الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و25 و50 من قانون الاثار الانف الذكر.
