المادة 1

مادة 1: ابتداء من تاريخ توقيع هذا القرار يمنع تصدير واعادة تصدير الخرائط الجغرافية (الرقم 436 - D من تعريفة الجمارك). يمكن الشذوذ من هذا المنع باعطاء رخص تصدير ضمن الشروط التي تعينها ادارة الجمارك.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يجب على كل مؤسسة تقوم بصنع خرائط ورسوم تبيعها او لا تبيعها للاهالي ان تضع بصورة ظاهرة على كل نسخة منها عبارة "ممنوع تصديرها" وذلك تحت طائلة مصادرة الخرائط والرسوم المذكورة من قبل مأموري القوة العمومية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار.
