المادة 1

مادة 1: ممنوع في جميع اراضي دول الشرق المشمولة بالانتداب الفرنسوي صنع الالعاب النارية واستيرادها وبيعها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: كل مخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار تقع تحت طائلة العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة 10 من القرار رقم 313 تاريخ 25 ايار سنة 1926

المادة 3

مادة 3: نظرا لضرورة الاسراع ووفقا لاحكام المادة 3 من القرار رقم 96/S تاريخ 14 نيسان سنة 1925 يدخل هذا في حيز التنفيذ ثاني يوم نشره بتعليقه على ابواب السرايات .

المادة 4

مادة 4: امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار.
