المادة 1

مادة 2: انشئت في مركز كل محافظة لجنة تكلف اتلاف المواد المخدرة المصادرة باحكام اكتسبت قوة القضية المحكمة

المادة 2

مادة 2: تؤلف اللجنة المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة من النائب العام في المحافظة او معاونه ومن عضو من المحكمة يعينه الرئيس ومن طبيب المحافظة

المادة 3

مادة 3: تجتمع اللجنة بدعوة النائب العام كلما قضت بذلك المصلحة وتنظم محضرا باعمالها على نسختين وترسله الى مفتشية العدلية العامة
