مادة 1: ابتداء من وضع هذا القرار موضع التنفيذ يوقف تطبيق احكام القرار عدد 317/LR الصادر في 10 تشرين الثاني 1939 بمنع استيراد البضائع التي اصلها من بلاد العدو او بلاد يحتلها العدو او المرسلة اليها

مادة 2: امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي يوضع موضع التنفيذ نظرا لضرورة الاسراع ووفقا للمادة 3 من القرار عدد 96/S تاريخ 14 نيسان سنة 1925 بتعليقه على باب المفوضية العليا (2)
