مادة 1: الغيت الفقرة 5 من المادة 11 من القرار عدد 92/LR الصادر في 6 تموز 1938 بشأن قمع الغش وابدلت منها الفقرة التالية: "6- المراقبون الصحيون التابعون للبلديات الذين تقبل بهم السلطات العليا في الدولة او المنطقة صاحبة الشأن".
