مادة 1: الحقت دائرة قمع الغش بمديرية التجارة الداخلية والخارجية لدول الشرق المشمولة بالانتداب الفرنساوي

المادة 2

مادة 2: يوضع مراقبو العيارات والمكاييل وقمع الغش في الدول والمناطق تحت سلطة مدير التجارة الداخلية والخارجية في كل ما له علاقة بالتحري عن الغش وباخذ العينات والحجوز وقمع الغش .
