بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشيخ شفيق عبدالله

جرادة والمسجل تحت رقم 1136 تاريخ 08/05/2001

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح الشيخ شفيق عبد الله جراده, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا باصدار مطبوعة فصلية, غير سياسية, متخصصة بالدين, باللغة العربية باسم "المحجة" يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد بدري عبد المنعم معاوية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
