بناء على مطالعة محافظ جبل لبنان

رقم 2122/ب/2000 تاريخ 06/08/2001,

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من

المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون

البلديات),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية حمانا ­ قضاء بعبدا منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تتولى السيدة نهلا حسيكي رئيس قسم في محافظة جبل لبنان اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
