مادة 1: ان حق المصادرة الممنوح للمدير العام المعاون ولمدير الاعاشة العام بالقرار رقم 292/LR تاريخ 24 تشرين الاول سنة 1939 والقرار رقم 365/LR تاريخ 27 كانون الاول سنة 1940 قد حول الى مستشار الشؤون المالية والاقتصادية

مادة 2: امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي يوضع موضع التنفيذ نظرا لضرورة الاسراع ووفقا لاحكام المادة 3 من القرار عدد 96/S تاريخ 14 نيسان سنة 1925 بتعليقه على باب المندوبية العامة.
