مادة 1: أوقف حتى صدور امر اخر تطبيق احكام القرار عدد 213/LR تاريخ 23 اب سنة 1940 الذي لا يرخص بموجبه بالسير لسيارات الاجرة الا في الايام ذات العدد المفرد او المزدوج حسبما يكون رقم تسجيلها مفردا او مزدوجا

مادة 2: امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي يوضع موضع التنفيذ نظرا لضرورة الاسراع ووفقا لاحكام المادة 3 من القرار عدد 96/S تاريخ 14 نيسان سنة 1925 بتعليقه على باب المندوبية العامة
