مادة 1:
الغيت المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 136 الصادر بتاريخ 23/2/1942 المتعلقة بوقف اعطاء رخص التنقيب عن المعادن من الفئة السادسة.
مادة 2:
يحدد صلاح رخص التنقيب عن معادن الفئة السادسة المعمول بها بتاريخ 14 تموز سنة 1941 الى ما بعد تاريخ يحدد بقرار ولمدة تعادل المدة الباقية لهذه الرخص في التاريخ المذكور.
مادة 3:
امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار.
