بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المادة 86 من قانون العمل اللبناني,

بناء على القرار رقم 32/1 تاريخ 04/02/1994

(تأسيس الاتحاد الرسالي لنقابات العمال والمستخدمين

في لبنان),

بناء على الطلب المسجل برقم 2849/3 تاريخ

15/11/1997,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم "الاتحاد الرسالي لنقابات العمال والمستخدمين في لبنان" بحيث يصبح الاسم: "اتحاد نقابات العمال والمستخدمين في محافظة النبطية".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
