المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى ترخيص استيراد وبيع صنف سيجارة "دنهيل مع فيلتر قياس طويل" والمعطى بالقرار رقم 283/1 بتاريخ 3/5/1979

المادة 2

مادة 2: يجاز لادارة الحصر استيراد وبيع صنف سيجارة "كارتيه فاندوم سليمز انترناسيونال سايز مايلد" ذات نكهة اميركية وبيعها للعموم بما فيه جميع الرسوم على الشكل التالي: الصنف المواصفات السعر بما فيه جميع الرسوم عن العلبة ذات 20 لفافة ل.ل.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يخضع مستورد هذين الصنفين للشروط المنصوص عنها في القرار رقم 1786 1 تاريخ 21/7/1967 وتعديلاته بالنسبة للالغاء وبالنسبة لاجازة استيراد الصنفين الجديدين البديلين, كما يخضع لسائر التعديلات او التنظيمات اللاحقة.
