ان وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3592 تاريخ 25/10/1980

بناء على العقد بالتراضي رقم 2690/9 تاريخ 20/8/1980 لا سيما المادتين الثالثة والثامنة منه,

بناء على موافقة مجلس الرقابة على الاهراء في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 27/2/1981

وبعد موافقة مجلس شورى الدولة بقراره رقم 73 تاريخ 9/9/1981

وبعد استطلاع رأي مدير عام مكتب الحبوب والشمندر السكري,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يوضع موضع التنفيذ النظام المرفق لاستثمار اهراء الحبوب في مرفأ بيروت.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويعمل به فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
