ان وزير الاقتصاد الوطني

بناء على قانون 17/1/1946 بشأن اخضاع البضائع لاجازتي

الاستيراد التصدير

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2896 تاريخ 16 ك1 سنة 1959 المتعلق

بتنظيم وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني

وبعد الاطلاع على رأي المدير العام لوزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.

يقرر ما يلي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يخضع استيراد الخمائر الطبيعية الحية او الميتة خمائر اصطناعية محظرة التابعة للبند الجمركي 21/6/ اوب , لاجازة مسبقة تعطى من وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
