المادة 1

مادة 1: تلغى احكام المادة الثانية من التصحيح الصادر بتاريخ 29 تموز سنة 1954 للقرار رقم 9103 المؤرخ في 17 منه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يضاف الى المواد المذكورة بالمادة الرابعة من القرار رقم 9103 المنوه عنه اعلاه والخاضعة لاجازة تصدير مسبقة تصدر عن هذه الوزارة المواد التالية: الترابة الوطنية والاجنبية (الاسمنت ) الوضع 192 (آ) السفن الشراعية والبخارية ومختلف انواع الزوارق (الوضع 903 آو ب ) ورق الصحف (الوضع 419 و420 ج ود)

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
