المادة 1

مادة 1: تسقط بحكم مرور الزمن بمهلة ثلاث سنوات المبالغ التالية: 1- اجور تنظيم بيانات جمركية 2- حصص الجزاءات والمصادرات 3- عائدات صندوق المصادرات المشترك 4- اجور ساعات العمل الاضافية 5- عائدات الصندوق الخاص باموال المساعي المشتركة

المادة 2

مادة 2: تسقط بحكم مرور الزمن بملهة سنتين الحصص العائدة للمخبرين في القضايا الجمركية

المادة 3

مادة 3: تسري مهلةمرور الزمن المحددة في المادتين الاولى والثانية اعلاه اعتبارا من تاريخ اصدار بطاقة الدفع الافرادية

المادة 4

مادة 4: تلغى جميع الاحكام المخالفة لهذا القرار
