مادة 1: ان شركة البنك الاهلي الاردني المسجلة بتاريخ 22/12/1962 تحت رقم 260 (بالتسجيل) و1625 (بالتعديل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 14/08/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6021/أ.ت انه عطفا على العلم والخبر رقم 1625 تاريخ 06/08/1997 الذي حددت فيه زيادة رأسمال فروعه في لبنان بمبلغ ما يعادل /3.755.000/د.أ تطلب تحرير المبلغ بالليرة اللبنانية بناء على ايصال صادر عن مصرف لبنان بما قيمته /5790604275/ل.ل. فقط خمسة مليارات وسبعماية واربعة الاف ومايتان وخمسة وسبعون ليرة لبنانية لا غير. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
