ان شركة كات انترناشنال المحدودة C.A.T. International Limited بتاريخ 9/3/1996 تحت رقم 1001 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/8/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5799/أ.ت ان مجلس ادارتها قرر بالاجماع تعيين عضو مجلس الادارة السيد جورج عبد الله ضاهر Mr. George A.Daher ممثلا للشركة في لبنان ومديرا لفرع الشركة في بيروت وذلك بدلا من الممثل والمدير السابق السيد زكي يعقوب شماس . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
