ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد سليم سليم حايك

والمسجل تحت رقم 150 تاريخ 11/08/1998 (طلب

الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يمنح السيد سليم سليم حايك، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصاً بإصدار مطبوعة اسبوعية غير سياسية باللغات العربية والفرنسية والإنكليزية باسم: {LEBANON REAL ESTATEINDEX}

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة. بيروت في 1 أيلول 1998 وزير الإعلام باسم أحمد السبع
