ان وزير الزراعة

بناء على المرسوم رقم 12599 المؤرخ في 26 تموز سنة 1948

بناء على قانون الحجر الصحي الزراعي الصادر بتاريخ 10 حزيران

سنة 1948

وبناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع منعا باتا ادخال صناديق ثمار الفاكهة والخضر الى البرادات في لبنان قبل معاينتها من قبل دائرة الحجر الصحي في وزارة الزراعة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعاقب حتى مئة ليرة لبنانية كل من يخالف احكام المادة السابقة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
