مادة 1: يضاف الى المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 384/1 تاريخ 5/10/1961 كلمة غاز البترول السائل فتقرأ كما يلي: بخضع استيراد المحروقات السائلة التالية: بانزين - كاز - كازاويل - فيول اويل - غاز البترول السائل, لنظام الاجازة المسبقة. والباقي بدون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تمنح الاجازة من قبل رئيس مصلحة المناجم والمحروقات في ضوء حاجات البلاد وفقا للاصول العامة الموضوعة لمنح اجازات الاستيراد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
