المادة 1

مادة 1: تعطى مهلة جديدة لتقديم التصاريح المفروضة بموجب القرار رقم 274/1 تاريخ 20/4/74 على اصحاب المصانع الذين يستخدمون مادة السكر في انتاجهم وتحدد بثمانية ايام تنتهي في 26/5/1974

المادة 2

مادة 2: على اصحاب المصانع تقديم التصاريح المطلوبة الى القائمقام او الى المحافظ وفقا للصلاحية على نسختين. ولسرعة انجاز المعاملات يمكن لأصحاب العلاقة تقديم نسخة ثالثة عن التصريح الى مصلحة حماية المستهلك في بيروت .

مادة 3: ينشر هذا البلاغ ويعمل به فورا.
