المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 68/1 تاريخ 4 نيسان سنة 1962 المتعلق بالشروط المفروض تطبيقها على ادخال الخيل والبغال والحمير الى الاراضي اللبنانية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يسمح بادخال الخيل والبغال والحمير الى الاراضي اللبنانية اذا كانت مرفقة بشهادة صحية بيطرية صادرة عن السلطات الرسمية من البلد المصدر تثبت خلوها من الامراض السارية وملحقة ضد مرض طاعون الخيل منذ مدة لا تقل عن الشهر الواحد ولا تزيد عن السنة.

مادة 1: تلغى المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 315/1 تاريخ 4 تشرين الثاني 1962, ويبقى ادخال الخيل والبغال والحمير الى لبنان خاضعا لاحكام قانون الحجر الصحي البيطري المرعي الاجراء.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
