المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح "شركة نصري يوسف الخوري وشركاه" وضع المستودع الحقيقي الخاص في سبعة عنابر مستأجرة في براد الفرزل وثلاثة عنابر في براد ضبية, لحفظ وتبريد الموز الاخضر لحسابها والمعد حصرا لاعادة التصدير, وذلك لمدة ثلاثة اشهر من تاريخ اول استيراد.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع المستودع المذكور لاحكام المواد 181 الى 185 و190 الى 206 من قانون الجمارك وللشروط الخاصة التي تحددها مديرية الجمارك العامة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا الامر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
