Philips Medical systems International B.V المسجلة بتاريخ 21/01/1994 تحت رقم 346 بالتسجيل في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 02/09/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6480/أ.ب انه بموجب قرار مجلس الادارة الذي انعقد بتاريخ 30/05/1996 قد تم عزل المدير العام لمكتب التمثيل الاقليمي للشركة في بيروت السيد جايمس مايكل ارنولد مانوال من وظيفته وعين بديلا عنه السيد اريس بروين Aris Bruin بمنصب مدير عام للمكتب المذكور ومنحه جميع الصلاحيات اللازمة لادارته.
