مادة 1: يمنح وضع الادخال الموقت عن ورق الكرافت الذي يرد بشكل لفات بغية صنعه اكياسا تعبأ بمنتوج وطني , بعد طبع الماركة عليها.

مادة 1: يستبدل بنص المادة الاولى من الامر الاداري رقم 376 تاريخ 22 ايار 1974 النص التالي: يمنح وضع الادخال الموقت عن ورق الكرافت الذي يرد بشكل لفات بغية صنعه اكياسا يعاد تصديرها فارغة او معبأة بمنتوج وطني, بعد طبع الماركة عليها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع هذا الوضع للاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة وتحدد ادارة الجمارك الشروط المناسبة لمراقبته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تخضع الاستفادة من احكام هذا الامر , للمرة الاولى لموافقة مديرية الجمارك العامة.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا الامر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
