ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ 26/10/2000 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/06/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة),

بناء على القرار رقم 367/1 تاريخ 18/12/1973 المتعلق بمنع تصدير المواشي واللحوم,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يسمح بتصدير الماعز البلدي الرعوي.

المادة 2

يمنع تصدير الماعز الشامي والأغنام العواسي.

المادة 3

يسمح بإعادة تصدير المواشي الواردة بطريق الترانزيت, كما يسمح بتصدير وإعادة تصدير اللحوم من جميع الفئات الطازجة والمبردة والمجلدة والمعلبة والمحضرة.

المادة 4

تلغى جميع النصوص التي تتعارض ومضمون هذا القرار لا سيما القرار رقم 367/1 تاريخ 18/12/1973.

ويعمل به فور صدوره.
