المادة 1

مادة 1: يحق لملاهي الدرجة الاولى استيفاء رسم دخول لا يتجاوز الماية والخمسين قرشا لبنانيا عن كل شخص خلال يوم واحد في الاسبوع وذلك بمناسبة اقامتها حفلات فوق العادة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تقوم مصلحة السياحة والاصطياف بتحديد هذا اليوم في الاسبوع بناء على طلب خطي يقدم من مستثمر الملهى ليقترن بموافقتها.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يستوفى هذا الرسم على مدخل المؤسسة بموجب ايصالات تعطى لراغب الدخول يذكر فيها المبلغ والتاريخ.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
