المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تصادر سيارات الشحن والصهاريج والاتوبيس مع سائقيها ومعاونيهم او من يلزم لها من سائقين ومعاونين.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعتمد لتحديد وسائل النقل المصادرة والاشخاص الذين يشملهم هذا القرار اللائحة التي تضعها وزارة الاشغال العامة, ويبلغ اصحاب العلاقة وفقا للقانون.

المادة 3

مادة 3: كل معارضة لتنفيذ هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبيها للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة 9 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 167.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
