المادة 1

مادة 1: ادخل في لائحة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية دير الشرفة للسريان الكاثوليك القائم على العقار رقم 307 من منطقة درعون العقارية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يجوز القيام بأي عمل من شأنه تغيير شكل البناء ومنظره العام الا بعد موافقة المديرية العامة للاثار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ بصورة خاصة الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 22 , 25 و50 من قانون الاثار.
